How often should your agent report – and how far should it look?
The same agent, the same AI Council. The subscriptions differ in cadence, meaning how early you learn about changes, and in scope: 3, 5 or 8 competitors and more features at each level. The Golden Eagle adds everything RivalEye measures beyond your homepage: subpages, social media, Google Business Profile, YouTube.
Our pricing promises
- Discounts apply only to the list price of the chosen subscription – never to the Full Service, never on top of another discount, a voucher, the annual plan or a personal price.
- Every discount has a fixed end: the new-customer discount runs for the first 3 billing months, after which the list price applies automatically – no surprise on your invoice.
- Annual plan (10%, 12 months): one invoice in advance, after which the subscription continues monthly at the list price and can be canceled monthly – never silently for another year.
- Cancel monthly, always: a short email is enough; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the month. No minimum term, no setup fee.
- Never an invented comparison price: a crossed-out price always shows the real, current list price of the same subscription. We quote the prices of other tools only with a source and a date.
- The Golden Eagle follows the same rules: list price, cancellation and discounts as for the other subscriptions – what currently applies is shown on its card. It does not include any work done for you: implementation, campaigns and videos are the VIP.

What individual tools cost
The Golden Eagle bundles what otherwise takes several specialist tools. For orientation, here are the list prices of well-known providers – from their pricing pages, with a date. The scope is not equivalent: these tools go deeper in their own field, RivalEye brings things together and says what to do.

Questions about the subscriptions
Can’t I simply ask an AI assistant?
You can build something similar yourself with scheduled tasks in an AI assistant. What is missing then: an exact before/after comparison (at RivalEye it is not the AI that decides whether something has changed), evidence with dates, a fixed question set with a sample, cross-checking by several AI models – and the time to set it up and maintain it.
The Golden Eagle or the VIP?
The Golden Eagle measures everything and tells you what to do – you have to carry it out yourself. VIP – Full Service includes The Golden Eagle plus our work: the daily optimization of your website and your video campaign with an ad video. If you prefer to do the work yourself, take The Golden Eagle; if you want to hand it over, take the VIP.
I have no website, only a Facebook page, Instagram or TikTok.
Then you order directly: in the order form you enter your social media presence instead of the website – at least one of the two. Without a website we do not measure a web score; your report then starts with social media, Google Business Profile and news. The free Competitor Check still needs a website because it measures the source code of a homepage.
Where do the social and profile data come from?
Only from the official interfaces of the platforms: Facebook and Instagram after you have connected your page and once Meta has granted approval; TikTok delivers only your own figures; Google Business Profile and YouTube through the official programming interfaces. We never read behind a login. Every number carries a source and a date; what cannot be retrieved is shown as “–”, never as 0.
How do I redeem the promo code?
Enter the code RivalEyeGo1 in the “Promo code” field of the order form and click “Redeem”. You then pay 20% less in the first 3 billing months; from month 4 the list price applies. The discount is for new customers, once per company and for orders placed by 31 December 2026. You will see the discount on your invoices.
Why do you need my company’s tax number?
For the invoice – and so that the new-customer discount is granted only once per company. We mean your company’s VAT ID or tax number, not your personal tax identification number. How we process this information is explained in the privacy policy (section 5).
Can I switch subscriptions?
Yes, at any time, effective the following month – up or down, including to The Golden Eagle and back. The new-customer discount stays in place for the remaining discount months.
Does the discount still apply if I switch after 31 December 2026?
Yes. What matters is that your first order with the promo code was received by 31 December 2026. The 3 discount months run from the start of your subscription.
How do I pay?
By invoice with VAT shown (bank transfer) – nothing is debited automatically. The invoice arrives by email as a PDF and is available in your customer area. Further payment methods are planned.

What happens if a competitor’s website cannot be read?
Some websites block automated reading. In that case we fall back on public search results and mark this in the report. We do not bypass any blocks.
